Some of the principles we abide by in the process of manufacturing and developing material handling equipment include: 
  • Planning – Each material used should be sourced after deliberate planning based on the accurate requirements keeping in mind the goals, objectives and the end result as well as the operational objective.
  • Standardization – We believe in standardizing several material handling methods, equipment, controls and different types of software used in our processes. Our aim is to achieve best performance objectives without compromising in flexibility, modularity and output anticipation of ever evolving demands.
  • Work Process: All the processes in developing Material handling equipment are regularized and streamlined to avoid time, energy and resource wastage without sacrificing the level of productivity or required efforts for relevant service rendering.
  • Ergonomics: Material handling Tasks need complete human intervention as it is not a completely automated process. We identify human capabilities to ensure their limitations and capabilities to make sure that all operations are carried out safely.
  • Unit Load: The size of the unit load will be properly configured, which eases the material flow and inventory control & management goals at every level in the supply chain network
  • Space Utilization: The available space shall be put into efficient and effective use.
  • System – All the activities in our process of material movement storage segment shall be completely integrated to develop and maintain perfectly a coordinated, operational system that includes smooth receiving, inspection, storage, production, assembly, packaging, unitizing, order selection, shipping, transportation and the handling of returns.
  • Automation: Mechanized and automated material handling operations will enhance the operational efficiency, predictability, consistency and responsiveness involved in the chain of operations.
  • Environment - Environmental impact and energy consumption is important to us in the process of designing or selecting substitutive equipment and material handling systems.
  • Life cycle cost – Complete economic analysis that we conduct during the entire life cycle of all material handling equipment and resulting systems will help us arrive at proper costs incurred.
  • Energy – Analyzing the energy consumption in the process of material handling system and more will be conducted while selecting different and ideal systems
  • Simplification - Simplification the material handling process by completely eliminating, decreasing the unnecessary processes or combining needless movements and equipment forms a part of our main goal.
